MKS PAMP SA FY25 Sustainability Report
Dear Reader,
I am pleased to share with you MKS PAMP SA’s Sustainability Report for the Financial Year 2025. This report reflects continuity in our values and a continued commitment to sustainability, building on the strong legacy established by my predecessor, now Group CEO, Marwan Shakarchi, together with our Chair, Karma Liess-Shakarchi, and the wider MKS PAMP team. ESG remains firmly embedded in how we operate and make decisions.

For the third consecutive year, we voluntarily engaged PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to provide independent assurance on selected ESG disclosures, reinforcing the transparency and robustness of our reporting.
In FY25, key highlights include:
• Environmental: continued progress against our SBTi-approved climate targets, including a 21.9% reduction in Scope 1 emissions and a 30.4% reduction in Scope 3 emissions versus our FY19 baseline. We continued sourcing 100% renewable electricity, reduced water withdrawal at our Ticino production site by over 25% year-on-year, and sustained circularity with over 50% of gold and 60% of silver sourced from secondary materials.
• Social responsibility: continued engagement with local communities in Geneva and Ticino through long-standing partnerships, alongside ongoing investment in occupational health and safety.
• Embedding ESG and governance: continued enhancement of internal ESG controls, the introduction of departmental ESG budgeting, and continued integration of ESG into strategy and accountability across the organisation.
Sustainability remains a core design principle guiding MKS PAMP’s future, and we look forward to continuing this journey together with our partners.
Best regards,
James Emmett
CEO, MKS PAMP SA
