Nicky Shiels joins the WiPGMs Americas Chapter committee

MKS PAMP is pleased to announce that Nicky Shiels, Head of Research & Metals Strategy, has joined the Americas Chapter committee of Women in PGMs (WiPGMs).

Nicky leads the MKS PAMP research platform, translating complex market developments into actionable insights for clients and the wider industry. With close to two decades of experience in precious and base metals, she combines a top-down understanding of geopolitics, macroeconomics and capital markets with detailed fundamental analysis and forecasting.

Born in South Africa and now based in New York, Nicky holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University. She brings extensive industry knowledge, an international perspective and a strong commitment to supporting greater connection and professional development across the PGM community.

Women in PGMs connects women from across the platinum group metals value chain, creating opportunities for industry dialogue, mentorship, visibility and career development. As a member of the Americas Chapter committee, Nicky looks forward to helping grow the regional community and supporting its continued impact.
