MKS PAMP SA Announces Key Executive Committee Appointments

MKS PAMP SA is pleased to announce the appointments of Jérôme Cambazard as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Simon Larsen as Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Leah Halpren as Deputy Chief Financial Officer (DCFO), effective 1 April 2026, supporting the company’s continued growth.

Jérôme Cambazard appointed Chief Financial Officer

A long-standing member of the Group, Jérôme joined MKS PAMP in 2012 and has held several senior roles across the organisation, including Head of Finance & Operations in Dubai, Group Financial Controller in Amsterdam, and most recently Chief Operating Officer at MKS PAMP.

Prior to joining MKS PAMP, Jérôme spent five years at Ernst & Young, specialising in financial and regulatory audit within the banking and financial sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Grenoble School of Management and is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant.

As CFO, Jérôme will oversee all aspects of Finance and Treasury. He will be responsible for the company’s financial stewardship, including liquidity management, capital structure, insurance, and financial risk governance across its international entities.

Simon Larsen appointed Chief Operating Officer

Since joining MKS PAMP in January 2025 as Strategic Advisor and subsequently Head of Transformation, Simon has played a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company’s transformation journey.

A seasoned executive with over 25 years of international experience  in financial services and technology, Simon’s career spanned over  twenty years at HSBC, including in a number of COO, strategy and transformation leadership roles. He has also served as a Board member of BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA and RegData SA,  and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

As COO, Simon will continue to lead the company’s strategic transformation initiatives while assuming responsibility for operations, procurement, company real estate, and Legal. He will also drive the streamlining and digitisation of the company’s processes, supporting MKS PAMP’s growth ambitions and reinforcing its commitment to delivering best-in-class customer service.

Leah Halpren appointed Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Leah has served as Head of Finance at MKS PAMP since 2021, overseeing financial reporting and regulatory compliance as well as operational management of the finance function.  

Before joining MKS PAMP, Leah built an extensive career in finance and audit, spending 13 years at Ernst & Young in audit services before joining the “Cour des Comptes” in the Canton of Geneva in 2016, where she led Financial Statement Audit for the State of Geneva. Leah holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management and is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.

As Deputy CFO, Leah will act as a key partner to the CFO across the Finance and Treasury agenda. She will play a central role in executing the company’s financial strategy and ensuring excellence across different areas, including accounting, reporting, tax, and internal controls.
