MKS PAMP appoints Lionel Leconte as Head of Sales Mints
Geneva, 20 May 2026 – MKS PAMP, a leading global precious metals company, has announced the appointment of Lionel Leconte as Head of Sales Mints, further strengthening its sales leadership and client engagement. In his new role, Lionel will oversee global mints relationships and support the continued development of MKS PAMP’s minting services for partners and clients worldwide.
Lionel Leconte brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and strategic client coverage, including over 15 years in the precious metals minting industry. Prior to joining MKS PAMP, Lionel served as an International Sales Director at MDM and as Head of Sales & Business Development at The East India Company, where he led international sales growth across a broad range of precious metals and minting products, working closely with institutional and strategic clients across Europe, Asia and the USA. Before that, he spent seven years at Monnaie de Paris as Head of B2B, where he played a key role in expanding international distribution networks, developing strategic partnerships and driving major commercial initiatives across multiple markets.
